Graduate Training Programme
We appreciate your interest in our Six Months’ graduate training programme. Our graduate training program is designed to prepare leaders for business leadership roles. With us, graduates enrolled here acquire a number of skills that sets them apart in Investment Management and Property Development. The programme encompasses rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment. It accommodates graduate students whose visions are embedded in real estate and have certified theoretical knowledge upon which core training can be built. Every Month, in 6 Months Training, is specifically designed to be very busy, cut you off frivolous activities, and engage your mind effectively. Graduates who successfully completed our training program have been incorporated into units where they are most likely to leave the most of impact. The best graduate is placed on associate level within our firm and functions very cooperatively with our office in Dublin, Ireland. Currently, we have a batch of graduates in our core training process, however, you may keep a tab on this website for upcoming 2018 (1st) Batch. Application Process
There are two stages to the application process for the Graduate training Programme. The first step is to apply online and get invited for a brief meeting in Lagos, Nigeria.
1. Online application
Complete the online application form. This will be most likely easy with an updated LinkedIn profile. You are expected to have an up-to-date profile on LinkedIn. It is a simple and easy process, with the quick option of filling out personal details. You may only apply to one function in your application
2. Interview
This is our opportunity to meet you and assess you in person. It’s usually intense as we take our time to ascertain if you are everything you claim to be. It may consists short hypothetical questions. You may also get the chance to meet your line manager, the senior management, and other candidates during this meeting.
This meeting is carefully designed to enable us to completely assess your potential, while giving you a further insight into what it is like to work in an Ireland Based Investment Management Company.
